When the app first starts up there is a default value of 5 in a textbox. Based on this value certain things in the app take place such as initializing other variables, loading controls, etc. Now once up and all the initializing has been done in the Form_Load maybe I want to change this value to 10 or 15 or 20 or whatever. How can I code to know that a new value has been entered and re-initialize again like it did on app load? If I use Text1_Change it's going to react to every key stroke but that doesn't mean I have finished with the new value.
