Resize ListBox

I was referring to this thread - http://www.vbforums.com/showthread.p...ntrols-on-Form - and found it to work well enough for what I need in VB6. However, listboxes will compress and expand for horizontal resize just fine, but if I do a vertical resize the listbox will compress completely and not expand again. I would have contacted the author but he is apparently no longer posting here.

Does anyone have any ideas on why this is happening? All other controls seem to work correctly - just the listbox seems to have this anomaly.
