MSCOMCTL.ocx could not be loaded

Hi

When i open new Project & try add component Microsoft Windows Common Controls 6.0 SP6 , it gives error

'' could not be loaded . I am using WIndows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit . I.E 9.0 is installed

In Windows Vista everything was working fine
