question on treeview from columns

As I read about treeview, it branches out because of the node keys.

On the other hand, I have create 4 tables with each Primary Keys. All tables relate to each other like table1 is related to table2, table2 is related to table3 and so on.

with those 4 tables, I create a query joining them together.

Is it possible to use that query as my base record for my treeview?

So it will show the table1 on the first node, table2 related record on the sub node, table3 related record on the sub node, etc...
