Micrsoft RDO 2.0 for Windows 2008 server

Hi
I have a old application that was using Microsoft Remote Data Objects 2.0 and was running on Windows Server 2003 R2 but now we need to move the application to Windows Server 2008 R2. Now when I am running the application it is giving me an Error "429, ActiveX component can't create object".

Can anyone tell me how I can make my application work in new OS.

Any help is highly appreciated.
