error runnning vb application .exe file on diff PCs

I have one vb application exe file which runs well on one of my PCs in the office but never runs on any other Pc. I copied the exe file on other Pc including the ms access database files, ocx and dll file but still there is an error running the application which says- " Component 'Crystl32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file missing or invalid".

Please help me out with this..
