[RESOLVED] how to remove a symbol from a phone number in access

i have a list that i transferd from outlook to aceess
now, there are phone numbers that contains a symbol like this " - "
e.x 054-7223510 needs to be like this 0547223510
and in my program is max length 10
is there a way in access to remove this symbol from the phone numbers?
i have about 1000 of this and to go 1 by 1 to remove this symbol is a pain
any method will be good
