How to Save Data from VSFlexgrid to Access Database

Hi All,

Please help me i m new in VB6. i am using a VSFlexgrid 7.0 for putting data. now i want to save that data in to access database. can i save one single whole columns data of flexgrid in to Access database in one field. (Rows 0 to End) if it is possible then Help to Me............ other wise show me the alternate of the same.......................Thanks
