Problem in CsocketPlus remote connection with local ip

i have two local ip because of using proxy connection.
by using winsock control, it shows static local ip when it's not connected and when it's connected,it shows dynamic local ip,so it can connect with remote host .
But by using CsocketPlus , it always shows static one , that's why i can't connect csocketplus with remote host.

How can solve this by using CsocketPlus ? because i can't leave csocketplus.
