Excel Sheet in vb6

Hi evryone

I have an application in vb6 it's a databas and now
is the problem how can I open an excel sheet without
going to program excel.


With a form ???
How to make this in the same application ?

When I press the command button it shall open
an inovice and I could for editing and then
to close the inovice with a command button
