chat client help with unloading index

i have an issue with this source code i download from ( planet source ) i kind of like this source i am trying to figure out were the problem is.

the problem am facing is when unloading a socket.

if i unload socket from ( index ) 3 2 1 then client dont throw an error but if i close from ( index ) 1 , 2 ,3 then it throws me an error message

control array element "1" doesnt exist

please help.
