How do I remove dropdown menu on Open File common dialog?

I notice that in Win7 there is a small drop down menu beside the open button (indicated by a small down-arrow on the Open button) in a Common Dialog Open dialog box. See image at http://i.imgur.com/wECZSjQ.png

Is there a number I can place in the Common Dialog's Flags property that will completely disable or remove this dropdown menu?
