how to reuse code

I am trying to create more that one module and those module uses same login form and codes. as of now, I reuse that form and codes inside the project. but what I am thinking if how can I reuse the same form and code without placing it on each project module. Would it be like ocx or dll? I am not really sure. I have not done this way before.

I am using vb6.
