PDF data in VB6

Dear Friends...

i hv 2500 pdf files in one folder of 2,02GB size. (Eg:- sk001.pdf, sk002.pdf, sk003.pdf ...etc). I want to make a vb application where user can select a perticular pdf files from dropdown box and take a print or view that particular pdf file. How to make it???

Note that no user can view directly any pdf files form the folder on can not cut / copy / delete/ edit any pdf files from the folder.. Only he MUST USE that vb application for viewing / printing required pdf file.... means I need totally secured VB application.
