[RESOLVED] counting the number of characters in a label caption?

Hello everyone. I am working on a student attendance prog, and I was wondering if there was a way to count the number of characters in a label caption called StudentNameLBL

I am asking because depending on how many characters, make the fontsize bigger or smaller. Like some names have many characters and cannot be resized, but others that are only 4 character can be made bigger.
