Changing Registry question

Hello everybody.

I am writing an application where users open an executable from IE browser. However most people are using Win 7 and I need to be able to change the setting from 'Tools/SmartScreen Filter On' to 'SmartScreen Filter Off'. I would like to write code that accesses their Windows registry setting for this and make changes. Is this possible? Where is the setting in the registry for the SmartScreen filter?
