Add, delete flexgrid vb6

Hello,

I am using FLEXGRID on my form.
It is not decided that how many rows of data user will enter?

So can I add, delete any row at run time???

CAN ANYBODY HELP ME ? HOW TO ADD and DELETE ROW TO GRID at runtime? :(
