vb6 app cannot connect to sql server 2008 on win7x64

Hi guys,
I have an app written in vb6.
the app will connect a sql 2008 server.
Everything wroks file.

But suddently, the client pc can not connect to the server. The error says:

The client pc is win7, 64 bit.

It was work fine when the client pc first set up.

Any idea?
