Help with code

I have a Family Tree program that I update every once in a while. I compile it and then send it off to family members.

Because windows 7 uses VirtualStore to retain files, is ther a code I can write into my program that will find the user name of a family member and delete the "DAT" files
in the VirtualStore folder?
