Hi All, I'm using VB6. The problem is:
I have created an installation application that includes my exe, other files that are needed by the program and also I have got the installer to register some .ocx files during installation.
Everything works well on my PC, but I have given this to someone else and they are getting and error that a completely different .ocx is not registered (tabctl32.ocx) and another user has reported yet a different .ocx file not registered (msFlxGrd). These files are not currently included in my installation.
So I have two questions really:
1) Why are people getting different error messages? is it that it just so happens the some of the ocx files are already registered by other programs so my program will use them?
2) As I keep adding missing OCX files to my installation, then finding others are needed. Is there some way that I can find out all the .OCX files that my program uses?
