help in making big proggy , project vbulletin poster

am currently making a big software and the software is vbulletin power poster , the main ability for the tool is
members or admins can make any post just with 1 click.

so far done

1: login to vbulletin with username and pass, success

2: ready to post , i have 2 textbox ,text9 is thread id example 4442 , and text10 is for thread title when i click it makes post


now what i need help is in few things i can do it but will take time but making this post i may get some idea from you people how to do it quicker way.

vbulletin main page
grab all catagories and populate them in list or listview

then grab sub forums and get the title of post and thread id which is the number

anybody can help will be greatfull thanks.

so far the post is doing well and kinda cool lol
