API Viewr (2004) Run Time Error 5

I installed the latest API Viewer to supplement the great but older KPD Team API Guide but it's throwing a VB run time error 5 (Invalid procedure call or argument) when I try to open it. This is a W7-64b PC. Anyone else experience this?
